Your responsibilities:
- conducting business activities relating to custom products in the Czech Republic and abroad
- acquisition of new clients and active care of existing customers
- developing/building business relationships with leading European companies
- preparing and conducting business negotiations, creation of offers and business contracts
- promotion of CONTEG Group's custom-made products
- management of custom production projects
- providing technical advice to customers
- identifying and developing new business opportunities on the market
- frequent business trips in the Czech Republic and abroad
- reporting
Our idea of the ideal candidate:
- technical education is an advantage
- experience in selling technical products in an international environment (in the field of steel production, sheet metal fabrication and sheet metal products, industry, ICT, structured cabling, data centers, cooling)
- very good command of English, other language (e.g., German) an advantage
- customer-oriented personality with a presentable appearance
- proactive approach, strong focus on clients, solutions and results
- excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills
- knowledge of CRM systems an advantage
- strategic thinking
- willingness to travel, flexibility
