First start of cooling units
The first start of cooling units must be supervised by a certified technician. It can be a member of your staff, or we can send our expert. It applies to all CONTEG cooling devices - including CoolTop and CoolTeg - as well as the RAMOS monitoring system.
About the service
The actual performance of the cooling becomes apparent only after the first start. Subsequently, it is possible to determine where it could be optimized for greater efficiency.
That is why we supervise the operation of the cooling for the first few days after the launch of the data center and make iterative adjustments to improve the efficiency and reduce energy consumption. This will also help prolong the service life of the cooling units. After the launch, our warranty on the functionality of the technologies starts to apply. We will also train your staff in proper operation and care of the cooling units.
