How does the complaint process work?

Once you have submitted your claim, we will assign you a claim number (RMA).

When you send us your defective product, we will inspect it. Subsequently, we will either repair it or replace it.

We will keep you informed of the current status throughout the claim process.

We will resolve your claim as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days.
