Vertical binding panels with extended fingers for RSG2/RSG4

Vertical high-density binding panels for open frames, used for safe routing and connection of patch cords running between horizontal panels. The panels can be joined with the back parts. This allows for multiple open frames to be joined in a row. An extended version will allow for nearly double capacity.
