Top and Bottom Plates for PREMIUM Rack Series
Product introduction
The PREMIUM series racks provide unlimited flexibility in planning their final appearance - mainly thanks to the exchangeability of the top and bottom cover. The portfolio includes 3 types of top covers and 9 types of partial bottom covers. This makes it possible to customize the location and types of openings for the entry of cabling into the cabinet. The covers create a unique interface between the cable routing and management systems outside and inside the cabinet. All the covers can be used for PREMIUM Cabling RDF and PREMIUM Server RSF series cabinets. They can be delivered installed on the cabinet or as a separate item (supplied in a cardboard box).TOP COVERS
The top covers are undivided, in three different designs. They are delivered either installed on the cabinet or separately in a cardboard box. Covers are delivered complete with plugs for the cable inputs.
BOTTOM COVERS
The bottom covers are designed as multi-part. The complete bottom cover of the cabinet consists of 3 or 4 covers (parts). They are delivered either as installed in the cabinet or separately (individual parts) in a box. Covers are delivered complete with plugs for the cable inputs.

Covers are specified in the order matrix of RSF/RDF cabinets. A suitable combination is indicated for each type - when ordering, make the appropriate change in the cabinet code. Here is an overview of the standard combinations: Code Description A Top cover – P design, bottom cover – X design, both covers are single-piece, support IP54 C Without top cover, bottom cover – X design, ready for installation of rooftop AC unit E Upper cover – F design single-piece, bottom cover - segmented (600x800: BFB, 600x1000: BHB, 600x1200: BFFB, 800x800: CFC, 800x1000: CHC, 800x1200: CFFC) F Top cover - F design (one-piece), without bottom cover - ready for installation on double floor or plinth H Upper cover – I design (one-piece), lower cover – segmented (800x800: CFC, 800x1000: CHC, 800x1200: CFFC) I Top cover - I design (one-piece), without bottom cover - ready for installation on a double floor or plinth X Without top and bottom cover If option X is chosen or a different combination is requested, the order codes must be altered as follows: CO-TU-60/80-X-Y – for the top cover with the design of your choice, supplied separately in a box. The dimensions must match the width and depth of the cabinet. Insert the desired design code (B, F, I) in the X position. CO-BU-60-XY – for the bottom cover with the design of your choice, supplied separately in a box. The dimensions must match the width of the cabinet. Insert the required design (code A to I) in the X position. Bottom covers need to be ordered for the entire cabinet by part. |
