Your responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for administrative work related to providing authorized service of HVAC systems for our major customers in the Czech Republic.

 

  • provide administrative support to the service department
  • organizing the work of service technicians
  • tasks related to invoicing
  • creation of quotations and requests for quotations, ordering of service repairs from external partners, tasks related to invoicing
  • personal, e-mail and telephone communication with customers, service technicians, service partners and suppliers
  • accepting projects from the implementation team
  • warranty claim management

  • secondary education
  • advanced PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word
  • dilligence, reliability, responsibility, independence and logical thinking
  • minimum 2 years of experience in back office
  • good communication skills
  • positive thinking and a desire to move things forward
  • flexibility
  • a team player
  • ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Class B driving license
