IS specialist
Your responsibilities:
- Maintenance and administration of the company’s IS, implementation of new IS functionalities and components, updates and customizations, creation of relevant internal documentation
- Providing application and system support to IS users including training
- Collaboration on the creation of a development plan for information systems
- Ensuring the development and customization of IS user features internally or through third-parties
- Analysis of IS-related user requirements, data for the company management, IS operation, identification of issues and solution design, creation of reports according to user specifications
- Suggestions for process improvements and minor work improvements that can make work more efficient and contribute to better use of company resources
- Protection of company data from unauthorized manipulation, theft, and disclosure to unauthorized persons
Our idea of the ideal candidate:
- Secondary school diploma, technical field
- English - passive knowledge
- Knowledge of IS KARAT is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Knowledge of a programming language (e.g. C++, C#) is an advantage
- Knowledge of any information system (finance, production, warehouse) is an advantage
- Knowledge of a manufacturing company and business processes is an advantage
- Konwledge of general programming techniques
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliability and ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to learn
- Analytical, logical thinking
