Commercial and technical officer
Your responsibilities:
- Communication with local and foreign customers
- Processing of orders, creation of offers
- Providing commercial and technical support to customers
- Support for regional representations in Europe
- Cooperation with production planning, dispatch, and R&D departments
Our idea of the ideal candidate:
- secondary education (preferably technical)
- Experience from a similar position is an advantage (sales, customer service, technical products)
- Knowledge of English (Min. B1)
- Willingness to learn, active approach to work
- Independence and proactive approach to work
- User-level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of Karat, Pohoda or other production/business SW systems is a great advantage
